Ms. Johnson is responsible for the development of corporate policy, goal setting, financial solvency, and overall success of the corporation and subsidiaries. Mrs. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in leadership, management, and financial development. Before co-founding ARC, Ms. Johnson worked in the student loan industry and was a valued member of the industry working in upper management positions for some of the largest student loan organizations in the country, such as Wachovia and Citigroup. Her expertise lies in compliance and regulatory overview as well as marketing and sales.
Ms. Johnson attended the University of Oregon.

T. MICHAEL ELLER
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Eller serves as the Vice President of Operations with responsibility for the management of the warehouse facility and corporate office. Mr. Eller has over 25 years of managing national and international fulfillment activities and fulfilling e-commerce and government-wide acquisition contracts for major suppliers of high-tech products including UUNet, Unisys Corporation, GTSI, Legent Corporation, and Morino Inc. He also directed the activities of production managers and warehouse personnel for corporations shipping hundreds of millions of dollars of equipment worldwide.
Prior to co-founding ARC, Mr. Eller served as the Director of Fulfillment of Liquidity Services, Inc., where he was responsible for the design and implementation of logistics programs supporting the inbound receipt, storage and outbound shipment of over 2 million pounds of surplus assets per month throughout the world in connection with LSI’s online sales events, including parcel package, less-than-truckload, full truckload and ocean container size transport.

Previously, Mr. Eller worked for the largest reseller of technology to the government at GTSI in Northern Virginia. Mr. Eller developed the first online purchasing system to the Federal Government while with Unisys Federal Systems. The last five years has been spent in the surplus and liquidation markets developing the entire operations modules in use with a 500M online liquidator.
Mr. Eller holds B.A. in History from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Business from the Richland College.

JAMES G. JOHNSON
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Johnson serves as the Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the development of business, implementation of the market verticals and successful execution of the business plan. Mr. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in management and successful business analysis. Before co-founding ARC, Mr. Johnson served as Chief Operating Officer of Avalon Artistic Lighting, a respected organization in the lighting industry, where he was responsible for the management and direction of business development.
Mr. Johnson attended the University of Georgia.
