 How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item on www.arcdeals.com, first click on the image or title of that product. Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, simply click the "Checkout" link at the bottom of the page.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Asset Recovery and Conversion takes great pride in our fast delivery. Our team of fulfillment experts uses great care in packaging and shipping your item typically within 1-2 business days. We utilize UPS Ground for most shipments and are able to track your item(s).

What is your Return Policy?

Asset Recovery and Conversion prides itself in quality products.  ARC will power up each item and do as much testing as we are capable of.  Each unit is given a complete visual inspection to ensure good cosmetic condition. This ensures your complete satisfaction upon delivery. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information on our return policy.  All items are sold with a 21 day DOA warranty unless otherwise noted (shipping charges are non-refundable).
